My car was supposed to be here today. It was the start of my mini vacation. Good thing I CALLED THEM and asked if everything was as promised. They had not even found a driver like they had promised 5 days ago. My car was only 400 miles away and they couldn't find 1 measly driver for a straight shot up hiway 5. But they "were still trying" when I told them that I forfeited 2 nights in a hotel and my vacation. They wanted to keep my $150.00 deposit until I tried again next month. Do they really think I would even consider another attempt? I have zero faith in this company, Michelle is a snarky agent who thinks out loud and makes empty promises. BE AFRAID...BE VERY AFRAID. As we left it they refused to return my deposit for services promised yet not rendered due to the online signature website to secure their deposit $$. Gee, could this have happened to somebody else?

In response to this review I must first start by saying that the language used by this woman was appalling and degrading in a most inhumane and uncouth manner. We do record conversations for quality assurance purposes and also for situations such as this. We were given a total of 2 business days (Contract signed on 6/22 a Saturday mid-day) to find a driver. Her first available date for pick up was put in to the system as 6/24/2013. That leaves 1 day for the driver to be found, route worked, truck filled, and enough transports to make it worth the trip. On 6/25 the woman called in very angry stating that her hotel reservations fell apart for her mini-vacation and that she was very upset. She stated due to the situation it would be 30 or more days before she could do all of this again. In an effort to find a solution, our employee suggested to have the car she wanted shipped to her home directly for her convenience and when the road trip was available she would have the vehicle already there and it would be no hassle for her or prevent any type of forward movement to her plans. She instantly began cursing and using very foul and degrading language and being unreasonably rude to anyone who was trying to help resolve her anger and the situation. If Michelle trying to find a reasonable solution to ease some of the frustration a client is feeling from a bad day or situation is classified as "snarky" then it makes me question how exaggerated the entire review is. It also makes me question how reasonable the customer was in lieu of a tough situation for both parties. Luckily we record the calls for quality assurance and training purposes and I can tell you that the tape speaks for itself.
