The only complaint is that my car had to be picked up and dropped off early, therefore it had to be left at our new house over 1,000 miles away without anybody there because we were in the process of moving there. I only found out that this was the only viable option 2 days before our ship dates and we really had no choice even though we booked months in advance. The driver was very nice and friendly.
