Originally my car was estimated to be picked up between the 21st of August-August 28 (7 day window). I was told it would be picked up on August 23 or 24. I never heard back from either Blue Star or the truck company within 24 hours (which i was told I would know 24 hours in advance). I left 2 messages and sent them 2 e-mails- and NEVER received a response back. I finally called and they said that it looked like it was going to be on the 24th. The 24th came around and still no phone call from either company. I called again and there was a VERY nice customer service woman that I talked to and she explained to me that the truck that my car was supposed to be one was delayed due to mechanical problems- and my car should be picked up saturday or sunday (25th or 26th). Sunday came and I still did not hear from Anyone so I called and left a message. On monday I did not receive a phone call once again, so I had to call again. They told me they did not know my car was not picked up from the trucking company so they would help me out and try to get my car on a truck ASAP (which I did appreciate- however, it was troublesome that every time I talked to someone, they told me my car would be shipped in 2 days or less and it never was). FINALLY on SEPTEMBER 1, I received a phone call from the trucker who told me my car was to be picked up on the 2nd. Everything went smoothly. I received my car within 4 days- HOWEVER, my car is BRAND NEW- 300 miles on it- and when i received it, my battery was DEAD- he most likely left a light on or something.

All in All I am dissatisfied with Blue Star considering that they never contacted me after receiving numerous phone messages- I always had to contact them. And they told me at least 4-5 different days that my car SHOULD be shipped out on, and it was never shipped out when they said. My contact person who gave me the quote NEVER talked to me after he received my money even though I e-mailed and left him messages. The costumer service reps were very nice but it was all a very frustrating experience.

This customer may have us confused with another company. We do not have any employees named "Tom."
