I have moved a number of cars throughout the US over the years and Blue Star Auto Movers is the first one to deliver as promised every step of the way. I will not consider using anyone else ever again - they have a customer for life. I've recommended them to my friends and family, without blinking.

I have had bad experiences shipping standard sedans in the past. Damaged cars, delayed deliveries, false information, you name it. This time I needed to ship my Audi from CA to MA in a specific time frame. I did some research and called six companies. I put them through some serious motions - one truck / one driver, do they own the trucks, can i track my car, are they insured (primary??) and can they send me a sample insurance form, how many cars do they ship a year, copies of their license and bonding, how long have they been in business, etc. Blue Star was the only one that gave me the confidence to entrust my car for shipping, on time, on budget, without any hassles, hidden surprises, or charges.

Blue Star's customer service is beyond compare. Stefany M did a fantastic job following up with me, daily if needed, while a truck was located and finalized. The truck couldn't slot me in at my home in San Francisco but I drove down to San Jose and everything went smoothly. The driver they contracted out to was a great guy, very responsible and reliable.

All in all I cannot recommend Blue Star enough. Their pricing was fair market but it didn't even matter - I would gladly have paid top dollars if I'd known how good the service was.

If you go with another carrier you are simply rolling the dice. Blue Star is the only option in my opinion.
