August 2012 Best Auto Shipper was found by a Judge in the Kyrene District Court in Arizona to be in Breach of Contract - Failure to Perform.

Despite all of my efforts to resolve the negligent business practices of Best Auto Shipper....they would rather use fake names, fake addresses, never giving full name, broken promises, lies, etc, etc, etc,. As a result a legal action was filed and in August 2012 a District Court Judge found Best Auto Shipper to be in breach of contract and awarded damages.

I am now in the process of putting a lien on Best auto shipping and putting them in collections, as well as reporting the courts breach of contract decision on every legal reporting site i can.

Do not use BAS or you might suffer the same. In the end the court recognized the breach of contract and reprehensible behavior of the employees and management involved. It would have been easier if they conducted themselves differently, and much less expensive if they didnt ignore my repeated requests to resolve the matter in an appropriate way.

***UPDATE NOV 2012***

Best Auto Shipper is now in legal collections and is being negatively reported to BBB and other review sites. Best Auto continues to evade its legal obligations and make good on the breach of contract it was found guilty of in a court of law.
