Dishonest, rather shady business

Movewheels.com got our car to the destination safely, but not without quite a few (too many) hiccups.
We scheduled, in July, to have our car picked up from Florida and delivered to Maryland in mid-August.

On Thursday, 5 hours before they are scheduled to come pick up the car, they call us, saying that they have not found a carrier yet to pick up our car (even though they have had about a month to do so). They tell us that we can still have the car picked up today (Thursday, the scheduled day for pick up) and delivered on time on Sunday, but we will have to pay an additional $250 over the price we signed the contract for!

They said we could take that offer or wait another 5 days and they would look for a carrier who would take our car for the signed contract price. But if we canceled right then, we would owe $75 for a cancellation fee, even though it was them who could not find a carrier for us (aka: not our fault).
But they were not certain that they could even find a carrier to pick the car up within 5 days, so that left us out of luck, because we had dates scheduled, planes to catch, and places to be that could not be changed.
They eventually called us back telling us that they found someone who could still pick up our car that day and still deliver it on the scheduled day, for only an additional $100.

We call the carrier/transport company to confirm the deal Movewheels.com and us finally made, and they tell us that they do not see us scheduled until the next day, Friday, for pick up.
We call movewheels.com back multiple times and no one answers.

The carrier does show up on Friday to pick up our car and delivers it to Maryland, a day late, on Monday (understandably, because they did not pick it up until Friday).
But overall movewheels.com did not stick to their contract, they lied to us about prices and delivery dates and it felt to us like they were overall doing shady business. They avoided our calls when they knew they told us incorrect information.
While the car did eventually get there safely, Movewheels.com should have contacted us before the day of pick up to let us know they could not find a carrier (but then they would not have gotten their $75, "you cant cancel within the week without a fee" cancellation fee).
Car got to MD, but we went through a lot of issues to get it there.

Dear Lauren, we apologize for inconveniences. The driver, whom to we assigned your order, cancelled the last minute for technical reasons. We tried to find a new driver, but he asked for more money (250$). According to the Terms and Conditions that you signed, we have 5 business days to assign a carrier company for you and if you decide to cancell within this period of time, cancellation fee is 75$. We never avoid calls from our Customers. The only reason for this could be that your manager was trying to find the best carrier company for you order for the acceptable price.
