What an incredible experience. I was very apprehensive with the prospects of purchasing a car over the internet, and even more scared to find a transport company. Prices were all over the map with constant warnings and cautions being given by everyone. When I found BLA there was something about Paola's comments and her sincerity that resonated with me. I must have had at least a dozen responses to my inquiry for a shipper. Her response, however, was genuine. I decided to take the gamble. Her quote beat the competition by as much as 30-35%. The car was timely picked up, I was given a name and telephone number of the driver in advance, Kirk kept me informed throughout the entire process and had great follow-up skills on behalf of BLA, the rig used was very professional looking and clean, the car arrived ahead of schedule with calls in advance to let me know how close delivery was to being made, and the car arrived without any damage and fairly clean for having travelled across country. What more could you ask for? In an industry where you typically only get to speak with a broker who makes no promises and commits to nothing, it was refreshing to deal with someone who not only brokers, but also owns some of its own rigs. The truck that delivered my car was not owned by BLA, but you would think it was from the level of customer support I received and the amount of information I was given prior to pick up. I would definitely use BLA again. Paola was excellent in the time she took to answer all of my questions thoroughly as well as her follow-up through Kirk, and his ability to stay with the project until it was done.
