I contracted with a transportation company in Broward to move 2 cars from Florida to California and unfortunately they subcontracted the job to BDZ. The pickup of my 2 cars was prompt and there didn't seem to be any issues, but the trouble started immediately after. I called from California after 5 days to see the status of the cars and was told that they hadn't left yet because of a mechanical problem. I was assured by their manager, Michael Lampros, that the part would arrive the next day and the cars would be on their way. After hearing this story for a week, I was quite angry and each time, Michael would change the story a little bit. The rest of the staff didn't seem to know anything about my cars or was told not to tell me anything. As time passed, it was obvious that I was being lied to. Each call to Michael was a complete waste of time and it appeared that his function in life was to say anything in order to get you off the phone. All of this time, I was talking directly with BDZ, but I should have contacted the company that I originally contracted with. When I spoke to the contracting company, they talked with BDZ and eventually my car was put on another carrier and sent. BDZ said they would not charge me for the delivery of my car (1/2 was due) and refund the rest along with any rental car charges. Michael lied to me for 2 more weeks about them sending a check to pay for the initial 1/2 payment along with the rental car reimbursement. I finally took it up as a dispute with the credit card company (luckily I paid the down payment on my card) and currently in the dispute process.

Conclusion: Michael Lampros will not tell you the truth no matter what. It is pure luck if you get your cars delivered on time from them.
