I contacted BAH approximately 3 weeks ago to transport my pull behind travel trailer. I was told that I would be given the pick up day/time last Friday. (3/29)
On Friday they guaranteed that it would be picked up Saturday or Sunday. After numerous conversations they still did not provide me with a day/time and now it is Monday and they still don’t have a driver for me.
Hopefully they will return our deposit. I will never deal with them again.
