Will never use them again

We are a Dismantler Company that specializes in Porsche, a huge part of our business is paying Porsche cars that are being auctioned off due to accidents,damage,or simply just because the owner now longer wants the car. In this specific case the car that we purchased was nonoperative, meaning the car did not start but could roll and steer. We listed the transport info and details on CentralDispatch.com Avanti Auto Transport accepted the job for $1300 , pick up date from the auto auction was the 2/25/2013, Avanti did not pick up the car until 2/27/2013, Delivery date to our shop in California was 3/5/2013. Two weeks ,3/15/2013 ,after the delivery date had past was the first time Avanti informed us that they did not have the proper equipment to transport the car. After informing us of that they tell us that they are storing it in a warehouse and want us to pay for the storage fees. We at first tried to work with them but they were impossible they wanted the money wired into there account before bring us the car....The contract that they signed on central dispatch clearly said that the vehicle was nonoperative, that payment is by company check upon delivery, and that for everyday that the car is late from the agreed upon delivery date we can deduct $25...
After about two more weeks of waiting of them to bring the car and trying to negate a reasonable,fair payment for both parties, we had hire another transporter to go pick up the car that was being stored in Gardena Ca. We ended up paying them the whole amount and storage and having to pay another driver to get the car. This was by far the worst experience with a transport company that we have every had not only were they late. The owners David and Omar were rude and verbally abusive to all the employees that spoke to them at our shop... We will never use them again and recommend strongly that you do not use them either!!!!
