First of all let me start by saying this is a terrible company to deal with. They lack customer service skills, empathy, and kindness!
This company contacted me Sunday 4/21/2013 with a quote of $355.00 since this was the lowest quote I decided to go with them. When I called to set up the pickup the man I spoke with (Anthony) was very kind. He informed me that my car will be picked up that Wednesday 4/24/2013 and altogether it would be $400.00 which was a lie. Wednesday came and I called in because it was about 2:30 and I haven't heard anything from them. I spoke with Anthony again and since the service was already setup he gave me dispatch number. That's when the nightmare began.. I'm not sure what his name was but when I called in to ask if someone would be picking up my car that day he told me the driver was delayed and he would pick it up Thursday of Friday for sure. Mind you I contacted them to get this news. I asked if my car would be delivered by Monday 4/29/2013 and was told oh yeah with no hesitation. I was still a little wary but decided to trust the company. The next day time went by and I decided to call and see if someone was picking up my car. I was then told by dispatch that it would be picked up Friday or Saturday... Now I'm confused because I was told something different. Me and the dispatch got into a heated argument about him not knowing what was going on with the pickup and delivery of my car, customer service because he was extremely nasty to me, and the fact that I don't like being left in the dark when my money is involved. I decided to go with another company. I will NEVER. Use available and I hope no one else would either. I should've read the reviews before dealing with them in the first place here it is Monday 4/29 and they sent me an email stating that I now have to pay 525 plus the 175 deposit which I refuse to pay. They've wasted my time tested my patience and frustrated me for 1 week straight. They won't see a penny of my money for this headache they have cost me!
