communication w rep was a bit difficult, always played phone tag, often leaving messages. but the rep did always call back. but at times i was worried like a mother who calls the babysitter to check on her baby but the babysitter isn't picking up her phone. due to the long distance of the transport, i was told i have to give a 3 day window for the pick up and a 5 day window for delivery. i don't know if this is standard, but i thought it was a bit unfair because it was after the bid was closed that they told me of this. on uship, they didn't mention the time window in detail. i needed the car to be picked up on a certain date and dropped off by a certain date. i was worried and stressed about the time frame, but in the end, they were very accommodating, and everything worked out ok. will, the driver was very nice and accommodating, even delayed the pick up time by a day, because i had a family emergency. the car was dirty from the dust, but that is expected. i am happy overall that my car got there safely.
