I purchased a used Mercedes over the internet, sight unseen (a sacary proposition). Getting the car here in great condition was more important to me than the time frame.

Chosing an auto transporter was another tough job, but I finally settled on AutoZipper. Brian Cronin gave me a good impression over the phone. His price was somewhere in the middle and he responded to my emails and calls quickly. Within a few days, Brian then lined me up with Gordon Siegel of New Beginnings Enterprises, the actual transporter. Brian then charged my account $150, his fee for coordinating the transport.

Gordon then called me and gave me his schedule on when he would pickup the vehicle and when he would deliver it. He gave me his cell phone, business phone and email address. We stayed in touch during this time. Gordon came through every step of the way as promised, and the car arrived in great shape. He is a "car guy" and will take great care of your vehicle.

Bob Lambert at Knauz Mercedes in Chicago desereves credit for doing a great job in selling me this vehicle, and I couldn't be happier whith the whole process.
