Unfortunately, delays coming to MA caused my pickup day to be pushed back past the day I was moving. However, the customer service on both ends was extremely helpful. I got frequent updates on when the truck would be available to pick up the car. The contacts were extremely apologetic for the delays. Since the truck was late in picking up my car, I was promised my car would be the first off the truck and still delivered as scheduled. To my pleasant surprise, the car came a day or two earlier than scheduled. The service was great from start to finish. Other than the car needing a car wash and having a few extra tiny nicks and scratches, there were no problems with the car. Great service and highly recommended.
