The carrier AutoStar contracted, GTS Auto Inc, was an hour late outside of the time range they had given us for both pick-up and drop off. Upon arrival the driver, who could not speak English very well and was hard to understand, let me know that he did not know how to start the car. He asked me to get the car off of the enclosed trailer. To which I declined. I did not want to hurt the car or his trailer. He ended up putting the car in neutral and letting it roll out of the trailer while he was in it.
Overall, I wasn't as happy with the service as I was expecting. I had to call multiple times to be kept up to date and find out why the driver was late.

We are sorry to hear customer is not satisfied with the service provided. Carrier assigned to do the transportation has a 100% rating, we got the vehicle picked up within the time frame customer was expecting and vehicle was delivered the very next day. We as a broker did everything in our hands to provide 5 star service and keep parties advised. Feedback will be given to carrier contracted for future experiences. We wish the customer well.
