Using AutoStar

At first I was hesitant to use a broker or "middle man" to trnasport my son's vehicle from PA to CA as I always think I can get a better deal; however, I am extremely happy that I decided to go with AutoStar. The trucking company was late picking up the car so I called AutoStar and they handled all the logistics. They asked me the time I was available, and the next day the trucking company arrived on time. When the car arrived in California, my son had to take a business trip and was only available on certain days. The trucking company promised to deliver on one of those days, but the car was not delivered. I called AutoStar and they took care of all the problems and made sure that the car would be delivered on the date that my son was available.
I never had to call AutoStar to find out what was happening with the car; someone always called me or my son to keep us up-to-date. This experience would have been a nightmare if I had gone directly to the trucking company. My experience with AutoStar was excellent!
