The truck pickup was a day late but that could be accounted for because of the lateness in the day of my first contact. The driver was awesome stayed in contact with me all the way. The company didn't tell me I needed to pay the driver cash. This was a little challenge since he delivered on a bank holiday. But he patiently worked with me to get it sorted out and overall it was a pleasant experience.
