I have no idea where I'll start, so I'll start from day one. I contacted these people via Internet search. It was a general information submission website. Therefore, try aspire companies contact you. I was in such a bind to get from Las Vegas to Jacksonville Florida that I perhaps rushed the process. They took $150 down payment. Gave me a date of pickup and then the rest went downhill! I was given a date. Three days prior I couldn't get a hold of them. The day before and after speaking to several different people. I was told there was no guarantee I'de get a pick up. They would not return my down payment. Finally after begging via email and voicemail and (a day late and missing my flight) someone came. They arrived at 10pm. Took me weeks to get my vehicle. When it arrived, my half filled tank was empty. The car wouldn't even start! They left my lights on (although they were set on automatic) upon pickup. Clearly they were friving my vehicle for their own usage the weeks they had it. I was then charged almost $200 over contracted price. Was told if I didn't pay, I would not receive my car. These people absolutely are the devil. I have never felt so violated by a business in my life. They caused me hundreds of dollars to fix "their" mistakes. Please, I beg of anyone looking for an auto transport company. Do NOT go with AUTO TRANSPORT SOLITIONS LLC. I will never in my life forget how these people treated me. I can't even believe their in business. So much that was done was illigal. Yet, everyday they get away with taking advantage of hard working people in sensitive situations. Completely prey on people and only care about scaling you out of hundreds of thousands of dollars!
