I like to research any company/service I use. I did NOT even consider using this company due to the length of time established and number of reviews. Sherry contacted me and seemed knowledgeable and professional. I actually felt more comfortable after talking with her than I did with other more established companies with great reviews. I decided to give this company a try. It was the BEST decision I could have made. Everything went smoothly and the communication was the best. I have seen negative communication reviews for other companies and assumed communication was an issue in this industry. She proved me wrong. She was there every step of the way (from pre- to post pickup and drop off) and let me know of everything and offered options as to the transport of my baby. The company she contracted it out to was top notch! I was skeptical, but received the best service. I would DEFINATELY use this company again and will refer anyone I know to use this. This has been the most chaotic move I have ever had to make, but this was one area that I did not have to worry about. I can't sing enough praises. Heck, I was expecting my baby to be dirty when I got it and it was actually clean! Way more than I expected!
