Unfortunately, I guess the carrier had some bad luck and their transport truck broke down twice. This ultimately caused my delivery to be late. I know that breakdowns happen, and they are unpredictable, but it would have been nice to be notified. I had to call the carrier numerous times on my own dime (put on hold for 5 mins at a time!) to get an answer as to what was going on with my truck! I realize none of this was Elsie's fault, and each time I spoke with her she was very helpful. On a brighter note, the carrier accomodated my final delivery place, so I guess that's a good thing! Overall, I would think I would use Auto Transport Connection again, but not Gabriel Car's Transport.
