I am on the fence of deciding if I would use them again. Sara was pleasant to work with but no one I came in contact could speak clear English. Made it very difficult to communicate about every aspect of the haul.

They gave my RV the wrong weight on the contract. Had my phone number wrong. The model of the motor home had to be corrected. The final price was I'm sure spelled out in the contract but I was understanding that I was only to pay 2,500.00 but was surprised to see the commission was added after. I agreed to pay 100.00 extra when the driver arrived to see that it was more then the stated weight. I was told at the signing of the contract that it would be picked up a few days later. No show. I contacted them and was informed that they had a driver. But again no show. I learned that I had to ask very direct questions. Like do you have a signed contract with the driver. They did send emails letting me know they were activity looking for a driver. There web site is professional. The signing of the contract was nice. The price was the cheapest. But I waited a long time to get my motor home to Texas. Great price. Bad communication.

We appreciate your feedback but please in the future be sure to specify that you gave incorrect information and our transport specialist simply entered the information given by you into our sysetm. The beauty is that we send all of our customers written agreements so you can verify the information entered. So next time be sure to verify the information you have given so this does not happen again. All in all Kerry it is safe to say that whether the english was clear or not our specialist did a great a job in transporting your RV and we are all knowlegable, professional and extremely helpful compared to our competition.
