Company requires cancellation by written notice by U.S. certified mail, but refused to accept letter or sign when mail carrier attempted to deliver my certified cancellation letter one month after accepting order but never finding a driver. They obviously hope to say they never received it in order to still claim deposit for services rendered. Mail carrier left notice, but company did not pick up or schedule redelivery by USPS.
