After reading so many negative reviews about this industry, I was VERY skeptical about hiring any company to transport my mother's car from Oregon to Texas. After a lengthy discussion with Cathy relaying my reservations and concerns, she assured me everything would be fine and even gave me her cell phone in case I needed to reach her at any time. The car was picked up on the first day of the 3 day window I was given. Delivery was one day later than expected, but I was able to be in contact with the driver who kept me posted. The car was dirty when delivered, but that was to be expected after being transported cross country in an open carrier! I would definitely use this company again if I ever need another vehicle transported. Kuddos to Cathy and also Alex, the driver who did a masterful job of unloading the car!
