Dana represented their company as "The Largest Vehicle Transport Company In The Nation" I later found out she was just going to broker my shipping.
I would have been ok if she would have just been honest. I tried to talk to her at one point and she just sent me to Customer Relations without warning, that was rude! At Customer Relations Ashley took over and got my vehicle transported and on its way for an additional $200.00... The additional $200 was my idea not Ashley's... I bumped myself just to get my vehicle moving... Ashley was polite and professional at all times. All and all I did get my car transported and the driver was polite but left a car cover sitting in the garage when he loaded my car. the car cover was sitting on the top and he removed the cover for pictures and just left it there. He is a nice man and offered to pay for the shipping of the cover but I refused, anybody can make a simple mistake like that...
