Customer Service in New York is always excellent. They are patient. That's why I've used AutoTransport123 before this most recent move. This time, wires must have gotten crossed because the trucking company (Kosta) out of Utah, was 4 days late in picking up the vehicle in Florida. It was to be transported to Utah. I'm thinking it was a communication problem between the broker (AT123) and Kosta. There was certainly nothing wrong with the driver. He was very personable. He showed up with the car at the expected time, in relation to when the car was picked up. I believe he called us about 12 hours before he arrived to let us know exactly what time to expect the vehicle. It was delivered in one piece with no scratches or dents. That's the main thing, and AutoTransport123, once again, came through for me.
