Excellent customer service. While I tried repeatedly to procure a lower price, Matt held fast, explaining that many bids are false. That was confirmed, as I talked to other companies. Here, there was no upcharge. There were no hidden costs. The vehicle was picked up and delivered quickly. I did not receive a King Cake from the 123 team, but I was not promised one. And Kaitlin is a cutie. I can tell.
The other brokers are still calling for the first time, six weeks later. Do yourself a favor and just call Auto Transport 123 first!
No incentives were offered or received for this review. Matt is kind of tight. That would never happen.
