This was my first time transporting a purchased vehicle. I had an initial online quote from AT123 and the quote was then followed up by a call from Irene at AT123. I explained to her that i had concerns as this was my first time transporting a vehicle on a carrier and was unsure of how the whole processed work from start to finish. Irene explained everything from start to finish and what i could expect in the process. She spent about 20mins on the phone with me going through every aspect of the transport and answered every question I had in great detail. She explained that the price she quoted me was GUARANTEED and that their would be NO changes in that amount. Her quoted/guaranteed price was exactly what I paid, not a penny more. The transport of my Navigator from FL to IL with exactly as she described it would go. Before the vehicle was picked up I was provided the driver's name and contact number, and was told to fee free to contact him once he picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was picked up in FL on a Friday afternoon and delivered to me in IL on Monday late afternoon. It was a very smooth process and I would definitely recommend Irene and AT123 for moving your vehicle(s) across country.
