Choosing which company you trust the transportation of your vehicle with is a dicey game. There are so many options and so many varying reviews. If you are out there and reading this i hope that you take to heart that Transport 123 (from my experience) is a trustworthy company.

My overall dealings with Transport 123 was excellent. Irene was a pleasure to work with and responded to my emails within 15 minutes of me sending them. The price of shipping never changed from the original quote i was given.

The car was picked up on time and delivered in excellent condition. It was delivered 1 day later than the "estimated" date.

The only hiccup occurred in the tracking of the vehicle and the communication between Transport 123 and the driver of the truck. Transport's online tracking option was experiencing issues so i was unable to track the progress of the vehicle. When i called customer service they attempted to call the driver directly and got no response. For about 24 hours no one really new "where" my vehicle was... This was a bit stressful as you can imagine... Fortunately the driver called me the next morning and said he was 15 minutes away. This was not the "two hour" heads up i was expecting but it worked out just fine.

I asked the driver why he was a day later and he explained that he had blown a tire and had to wait an extra day to get it fixed because of the small town he was in. Overall, not terrible, but a little more communication as to the whereabouts of my car would have been nice.

SO the short of it is Transport 123 was honest, attentive, and easy to deal with. They did what they could to help me when i needed it, but their hands were tied by a lack of communication from the driver.
