I can not say enough about Doug Whatford from Autotransport 123. I initially had contacted another highly reviewed company to transport my 650i from CA to IN. From the get go, customer service lacked! Then after me calling and calling, they finally found a carrier and said they had to raise my quote an additional $355!! I decided to call another company.
Doug got on the phone. Was honest, professional and worked hard. In the end, I am SO glad he got my business. He was calling me with updates long before I had to check in with him. He was personable, professional, and though he knew what the other company was charging me, still came in $300 less. My car was picked up and delivered without issue. Thank you Doug. You rock!!
