I had a wonderful experience with shipping my car from New Jersey to California. I was very nervous to ship my car as it was brand new never driven. I had heard horrible stories about shipping car across country. However, my experience was great Janine made herself available to me 24 hours a day to answer any questions and keep me updated on status. She went above and beyond to reassure me and I cannot thank her enough for her assistance. If I were shipping anything I would work with Janine! She was amazing and provided the best customer service I have received in years! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!
