My contact person was polite , knowledgeable and always got right back to me via email and phone. The driver was polite and trustworthy and called to notify us of his schedule a couple times so we could plan around the pick up and delivery. I received a quote that was a little lower but went with 123 because of the incredible customer service and felt the delivery/pick up time would be better met. They also offered door to door to a difficult delivery location. A friend recommended them to me and I would highly recommend them to my friends.
