Jerry always personally answered my phone calls every time I called. Everything was explained to me in a very patient manner which was greatly appreciated since it was my first time shipping a car. I was also very impressed with his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Their honesty, professionalism, knowledge of the industry set the bar far above the others. Jerry even followed up on the delivery to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
