Can't imagine using anyone else

My uncle suffered a mild stroke while visiting New Hampshire in his camper van. He needed to get back home to California, and due to confusion brought on by the stroke, wasn't comfortable driving back.

I wound up talking to a dozen carriers and brokers trying to figure out how to get his van across the country. I was overwhelmed at how sketchy they all seemed, and when I started to research them, it was rare to find a single outfit that didn't have BBB complaints or serious concerns raised by online reviews.

From the moment I talked to Jerry Cohen at Auto Shipping TLC, I knew I was dealing with someone different. He explained to me the details of a business that after a day of research, I was just beginning to figure out. He explained how jobs were listed, the difficulties of finding a driver who would haul from a remote spot in NH to a remote town in CA. He essentially spelled everything out clearly, didn't make false promises, and was tremendously forthright. Which was exactly the opposite of everyone else I had dealt with to that point.

Jerry worked all weekend long to find a driver who would do the job. He checked in with me to keep me updated, and the only call I made to him that he didn't pick up immediately, he returned within 10 minutes.

My uncle's van wound up being delivered in just under five days, in excellent shape. From all the horror stories I read while researching cross-country shipping, I can't imagine having a better experience with an auto transport broker. Auto Shipping TLC, and Jerry Cohen specifically, could not have done a better job, and I'm thankful that if I ever need to ship a car anywhere, I won't need to search for a different broker. Can't recommend them enough.
