This is the first time we have shipped a car from one house to another. Felicia did a good job of holding our hand. she kept us informed every step of the way is procuring a shipping line, giving us contact # and even the name and phone # of our driver. After our contact was made with the shipping co., Felicia continued to monitor the progress right up to deliver of our car.
