Felicia was great to work with. She is uber efficient, communicative and knowledgeable about the entire process. Based on the ease of working with Felicia from the onset, I was willing to pay what I perceived to be a premium over a dozen other carriers, Felicia explained that the original quote was more of a "not to exceed" price. In the end, the price ended up being $105 less than the quote. I received great service, follow up, and pricing, I can't say enough about Felecia!
