Felicia had great reviews in transcontinental car transports so we called her and were not disappointed. She was professional in her explanation of the process of transporting a car and thorough in her information gathering about the pick up place and delivery. Her communications in keeping us informed of where the car was in the transport process was timely and efficient. Out car arrived on the day expected only about 1.5 HR late due to road construction and traffic delays but those were also communicated well by their driver.
All in all, this companies ability to hire good drivers and execute transcontinental car delivery is exceptional due to Felicia's professionalism!
