Tige Yeargin with Auto Shipping Group was very responsible even when I contacted him on a Saturday to bail me out as another company did not perform. Tige educated me on how the process works when shipping an automobile. He asked relevant questions to understand my needs and explained how to get the interest level up in order for someone to pick up my order. Like I stated I spoke with Tige on Saturday and my car was picked up less thank 48 hours from the time we initiated our first conversation. I will not waste my time the next time I need to ship a car. I will call Tige to make it happen. Not only did he get my car scheduled for pick-up, he stayed in contact with me throughout the process, confirming the car had been picked up and everything was satisfactory, and checking in to insure the delivery occurred as scheduled. Great job and thank you for the excellent customer service and follow up.
