From Day 1 of contacting her, Felicia Williams was one of the most professional people I have dealt with when shipping my car. I have a brand new 2015 vehicle that I needed transported from New Orleans to New York. I was taking the bar exam and had little time to do anything. Felicia kept me updated constantly and found me the best rates for shipping. I thought I'd be getting uncovered transport (at least that's what the quote was for), but when the truck arrived it was covered! Really fantastic news for me, because my car is my baby. The truck driver that shipped my car was excelled with keeping in touch. I can't stress how understanding Felicia Williams was with my situation, and even when I went into deep study mode days before dispatch, she left detailed voicemails and constant email updates to let me know ANY updates she had. I will recommend Auto Shipping Group and Felicia Williams to all my friends and family to have their vehicles shipped. The car arrived right on time without any damage. A+++
