Overall experience was just fine. The price was on the lower end of what I was quoted from other companies. The person I spoke with explained the process fully and was not pushy or overbearing. I got a several hour warning on pickup and delivery, and the pickup guy was willing (though not excited) to come to my narrow street to pick up my car, but was very glad when I offered to meet him somewhere a bit more open.The delivery was fine, though it happened fairly late at night. Car was undamaged and in perfect working order.
