My experience was great. Pick up was on time and I was told my car would arrive from New York to California in a week, the car made it to California in 4 days. I was out of town when I got notified that my car would be arriving that day, the driver patiently waited about 45 minutes extra for me to get into town. My whole experience was hassle and stress free and I highly recommend them
