I shipped a Honda CRV from San Antonio to Greenville NC with Auto Shipping Group. This is the second time that I have shipped with them and my most recent experience mirrored my first experience- outstanding service with a commitment made and commitment kept! Randy Chavez, my customer service contact, told me upfront that this is a less traveled route and that there would be fewer carriers. He found a carrier that fit our window and we booked. Unfortunately, the carrier's truck had mechanical problems and he could not guaranteed a pick up date! Randy immediately went into action and found another carrier who basically met the commitment time without any disruption to me. The transport was outstanding, but the customer service and follow up exceeded my expectations once we got into a situation where the original contracted carrier could not keep the commitment. I was kept informed throughout and the process was seamless for me except for a day or so of angst after the original carrier dropped out. Well done- I appreciate the good service.
