I believe that Martha did a great job. The difficulty is that it seems it is very hard for these trucking brokers to know when truck spots will be available or not ahead of time. So, when I tried to have my car shipped on a peak graduation weekend when many students were also trying to ship their cars, despite Martha's best efforts, the car pick up and consequently delivery was later than I had hoped and we had discussed. That being said, I take her word for it that at that time, there was a very high number of cars wanting to go out, and short supply of spots. I also had been quoted on a price that was significantly less than we ended up paying, but Martha was honest about the fact that she would have to negotiate the price with truckers individually...and given the high demand, the price indeed had to be negotiated upwards, lest my car be continuously passed up by truck drivers looking for higher, more competitive fees.

So, while I can't give perfect scores on everything because I was slightly disappointed that the car didn't make it in time, I have to say that Martha worked tirelessly on my behalf to get it done despite difficulties of finding spots on trucks during the very peak season. She was also extremely communicative over email, phone, and text, which made the whole process better. Sometimes, as a shipper, you can feel helpless waiting around, so it helps that Martha was so communicative.

Shipping cars can be tough sometimes but we always make it happen!
