I utilized ASG in order to ship from Maryland to Arizona as part of a military move. Tige Yeargin (representative) was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. Of course, this was one experience and none of these constitute promises for future interactions, however I was very impressed. First, he did offer a military discount. Second, when the cost of shipping slightly exceeded his initial estimate, he deducted quite a bit of the difference from the broker's fee in order to keep the cost down. Lastly, when a trucker backed out of the contract last minute, he dealt with it with professionalism and fixed the situation almost immediately to ship the car out on time without any increase in price. All in all, the car was delivered a day early and in the same condition I left it. I would use ASG again.
