We had a great experience dealing with Melissa. We are moving from Portland, OR to NYC. Needless to say, it's a big move with lots of logistics. When I spoke to Melissa she said she would call back when she found a carrier and that it could take up to 5-7 days. She called back in less than an hour with a carrier who could pick it up the next day. Terrific! Everything went smoothly and the car was delivered in perfect condition to my family on the East Coast. Everything went off without a hitch. I spoke to her again yesterday to arrange delivery of our second car and I suspect it will go just as smooth.
