This was the first time I had arranged to have a car shipped to me. Luckily, I found Felicia, who kept me informed the whole way. She made the entire process easy and effortless for me. She initially quoted me a price, which was at least $269 less than what the dealer was going to charge. And then, before the car was even picked up found a driver at $65 less than quoted, saving me even more. Felicia was always courteous and polite no matter how many questions I asked or how often I called or texted. She was very responsive and genuinely cared that my whole experience be nothing less than awesome. It was! I will use Felicia again and recommend her to my friends should they purchase a car to be delivered.
