We took the 50 out of the deposit and gave it to the carrier, so your over all price didn't go up a penny. So that is an INCORRECT statement. With regards to the pick up and delivery, they typically call 1 hour prior on the day of to schedule that you are the next person, This carrier was assigned on the 8th of Dec with an estimated pick up of the 14th, so you knew a week in advance of this carrier, you also had my contact information and their contact information You did not call me once to talk to me about loading early, when I spoke to you on the 14th you simply told me they had already picked up, you didn't say anything negative about being there early. You could have told them no, we have in the contract pick up between the 15-18th, or called me ahead of time and they would have waited. But you did neither so their estimated pick up was early and you released to them. As for delivery, again on Monday you didnt call me to say they are trying to delivery early.. So when I checked in with them first thing yesterday morning to check the status, they said you accepted the vehicle earlier than the ESTIMATED delivery.
