We show that your delivery was on March 21st and this post by you on April 26th is the first time we are learning about this. If damage occurs it must be reported to the driver at delivery, notated on the Bill of Lading and reported to your broker within 24 hours so a claim can be initiated. I would suggest that you contact your insurance company since we were not notified within that timeframe. Please also reach out to me via email so that I may provide you the steps to contact the carrier if you did not inform them of damage at time of delivery on March 21st.
