I recently call ASG to have one of my cars transported from FL to PA. I had used some of the online calculators from competitors to get an idea of what it would cost, but it was very refreshing to talk to an actual person about my requirements. Felicia took down my information, and ended up getting me what I consider a very good price. Although important, the cost was not my top priority. I value promptness, and safe delivery of my vehicles.
Felicia arranged a pickup that easily met my schedule, and kept me informed via text every step of the way. I never had to call even once to find out the status of the order. She even kept in touch over the weekend to make sure that everything was going smoothly.

Two days later, the assigned carrier arrived on time to pickup the vehicle. It was carefully loaded on the truck, secured, and taken away with no issues whatsoever. The Driver James was courteous, and efficient. On the other end, he arrived a day ahead of schedule, which was very much appreciated. The car was unloaded (in the rain), and inspected for any damage. It arrived in perfect condition, and I was very satisfied with the carrier's performance, so the money that I saved using ASG was given as a tip.

kudos to Felicia, and the entire ASG team for living up to their online reputation. They really care about their customers, and I will be using them to ship some of my more exotic vehicles in the future.
