Brandon was very forthcoming and walked me through the process and what I could expect in terms of pickup and delivery timelines as well as the cost involved. Outside of a delay of 4-5 days from the original planned pick up dates (which are to be expected as explained by Brandon), it was a pretty smooth process and Brandon was available to answers any questions I had regarding the shipment of my car.
