I had such a great experience with Kimberly Freiley at Auto Shipping Group. She was honest and straight forward about everything. I live in an out-of-the-way area (Durango CO.), not on any direct routes, which made my pick up much more difficult. Kim was honest with me about that and told me that the cost would be more expensive than the usual transport costs. I explained to her I was on disability and I needed to keep costs as low as possible. She found some drivers right away at high cost, and said she could find better- unless I was too nervous about this and wanted to take the higher price , i could, but she thought she could do better. And she did!
She called me and found Eddie of Tweeds Trucking. I couldn't have gotten a more personable and experienced driver. Really great guy. And to my surprise- it was an enclosed truck!
I know it's probably not part of Kimberly's job description, but she helped to ease my mind and calm my anxiety/stress about this situation...answered all questions and every call I made (which were many) to her...just like a therapist. Thank you Kim.
My car was picked up and delivered on time.
All in all, I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND KIMBERLY FREILEY @ AUTO SHIPPING GROUP. She was great, the truck driver was great....every thing about the experience was on point. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

I have never had a customer that has been as amazing as you. You, sorry to say were so scared and I wanted to be as up front with you as possible simply because of your pick up location. It is one of the hardest in the country. I am so glad that we were able to find a carrier that was as awesome as they were! I am so glad we were able to come through for you and make this happen.
